John Doyle is a well-known and respected watercolour artist. Born in 1928 in London he now lives in Kent and continues to paint well into his nineties. He has exhibited widely, including solo exhibitons at Spinks and Canterbury Cathedral. He served as President for the Royal Watercolour Scoiety from 1997-2000 and was awarded an MBE for services to art. His watercolours show a real sensitivity to light and shade and a lovely deftness of touch.
